Use of the platform
Garage Culture is a marketplace that connects automotive enthusiasts in Australia. You may browse listings, create an account, list vehicles, and communicate with other members. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or transact on the platform.
Listings and content
All listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. You may only list vehicles you are legally entitled to sell. Prohibited items, deceptive pricing, and infringing content are not allowed. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our standards.
Payments
Listing fees are charged at the time of publication according to the selected package. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.
Liability
Garage Culture is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. Use the platform at your own risk and conduct appropriate due diligence before buying or selling a vehicle.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
